Curtis Head

Chief Executive Officer, PRC Clinical

Curtis Head co-founded PRC Clinical in 2003. As CEO and board member, he is leading and expanding PRC Clinical’s brand, growth, and services in the United States and beyond.

Curtis has 20 years of clinical research experience from academia to pharmaceutical and Contract Research Organizations (CROs) focused in neurology, immunology, pulmonary and cardiovascular. Prior to co-founding PRC Clinical, Curtis was Vice President at Relevare Pharmaceuticals where he coordinated the efforts of outsourcing and managing clinical drug development. His focus was the development of accelerated parallel strategies for international agencies and US IND filings. In addition to working in North America, Curtis has supported Sponsors and clinical studies in Europe, Latin America, Australia and India.

Curtis’ education and interests are in Health Science, Law, Public Policy and Ethics. Previously, Curtis earned a degree in Information Technology (IT) and lectured for San Francisco State University’s Clinical Trials Design and Management course on the topics of outsourcing, contracts & budgets and CRO Management.

Joshua Elvert

Senior Business Development Manager, PRC Clinical

Joshua Elvert is Senior Business Development Manager at PRC Clinical, where he oversees corporate sales and the company lead generation strategy. He prospects new and existing clients to further successful industry relations in the pursuit of opportunities for upcoming clinical trial projects. He has successfully expanded PRC Clinical client base by identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with key individuals in the industry.

Prior to PRC Clinical, Joshua was managing the Business Development team and sales department at ClinCapture, an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system. Joshua actively volunteers with the Glaucoma Research Foundation and the ACRP Northern California Chapter.
